Namrata Cavale is a multi-disciplinary designer with a passion for indigenous crafts, textiles and folk arts. She works as a design consultant with social enterprises, to further innovation in their products and systems. Between 2018-2022, she co-founded and ran Studio Vrtta, as a design collaborative working at the intersection of craft and sustainability.

 

She enjoys travelling, working with her hands and dabbling in different creative fields. In her free time, she can be found journaling, collaging, taking little trips, exploring the indie music scene, learning a new hand skill, or upcycling something!
